IT WOULD be a strange feeling watching a Hollywood actor playing you in a film, just ask Steve Wozniak.

The co-founder of Apple saw himself portrayed by Seth Rogen when the trailer for the highly-anticipated biopic, Steve Jobs, was released on Wednesday.

The clip shows Wozniak confronting Jobs about taking sole credit for a number of their joint creations.

After watching the trailer Wozniak said he didn’t recognise himself and claims the discussion in the clip never took place.

“I don’t talk that way,” he told Bloomberg.

“I would never accuse the graphical interface of being stolen. I never made comments to the effect that I had credit (genius) taken from me.”

Wozniak said despite slight criticisms, he believes the film gives a fair depiction of his deceased friend, even if it is a little Hollywood from time to time.

“The lines I heard spoken were not things I would say but carried the right message, at least partly,” he said.

“I felt a lot of the real Jobs in the trailer, although a bit exaggerated.

“Accuracy is second to entertainment in a movie like this.”

The entrepreneur said he met with the film’s director Aaron Sorkin and Seth Rogen before the film went into production, although he never saw the script.

“I do not think that would be appropriate,” he said,

“It is the creative work of the producer and writer and actors and director and others.”

Wozniak said he will be watching the movie when it hits cinemas later this year.
